Bo will perform his stand-up routine on Sunday, May 16th at 7pm at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall. You can purchase 4 tickets per WildCard.

He’s only 19, but Bo has already staked his claim in the comedy world. He finished #2 in Comedy Central’s Stand-up Showdown and Entertainment Weekly named him one of the rising stars of comedy. Bo’s music spares nobody in its clever wordplay on issues like race, gender, and sex. He’s released two albums, Bo Fo Sho and Bo Burnham, and is currently working on a new movie with Judd Apatow.

A&O Productions is proud to announce our 2010 Winter Speaker, comedian Tracy Morgan. He’ll be bringing his stand-up performance to Northwestern on Saturday, February 6th at 7.30pm in the Pick-Staiger Concert Hall.

Update (2/1): A&O is pleased to announce that we have been able to secure a limited number of additional tickets, and will be placing them on sale at noon Saturday, the day of the show, at the physical Norris Box Office.  Tickets will be 1 per person and Wildcards will be checked both at time of sale and at the door of the venue.  Please check this space for more details in coming days.

A&O Productions is bringing up-and-coming comedian Daniel Tosh to campus on Thursday, May 21st. The show starts at 7:30pm and doors open at 7pm. Tosh got his start performing on The Late Show with David Letterman and has released an album through Comedy Central Records, “True Stories I Made Up.” He’s recently been given his own Comedy Central series, Tosh.0, which will premiere this summer. Tosh has the wit, absurdity, and confidence to say anything he wants on stage. Start off your three day weekend right (thanks, Memorial Day!) by getting some laughs in at Pick-Staiger. Tickets go on sale online this Saturday (May 16th) at 10am and cost $10 for undergrads and $15 for grad students, faculty, and staff. You can purchase 2 tickets per NetID. Remember, A&O reserves the right to check WildCards at the door.

A&O is very proud to announce our next Spring Quarter event, Mike Wilbon of ESPN’s Pardon The Interruption. Passes will be available Monday April 20th at noon for free at the Norris Box Office.  

The show will be on May 1st in Coon Forum in Levrone Hall.  Doors at 7pm, show at 7:30pm.  Any seats not filled at 7:20pm will begin to be filled with those without passes.

While A&O is always excited to be producing a popular event such as “An Evening With Demetri Martin,” it’s always extremely disappointing when there are those who would like to attend but can’t get a hold of a ticket for the event.  A&O has always made an effort to allow as many students as possible to attend our events, and has worked hard in the past few days to free up a small number of additional tickets to be released to students.

The tickets will be available starting at noon on Friday, February 20th, using the same online ticketing system as used in the first round of ticketing.  Students will be able to buy 1 ticket per NetID, and will be unable to purchase another ticket if they got one during the first round.

A&O Productions is incredibly excited to announce that Demetri Martin, whose new show “Important Things” debuts on Comedy Central Wednesday February 11th, is coming to Northwestern February 26th. Tickets are $10, and in a first for an A&O event, will be available online starting Monday, February 16th at 10:30 am. The show will be in Pick Staiger concert hall, doors at 7, show 7:30.

Demetri has been featured on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Flight of the Conchords, and Late Night with Conan O’Brien, as well as his own Comedy Central special.

Tickets will only be available online for at least the first 24 hours, and students will be able to buy 2 per NetID.
